Mi-am pus multe intrebari si am incercat sa-mi raspund &#8220;de ce am ajuns la divort?<\/p>\n<p>Fiecare are parti bune, fiecare a gresit! De obicei, oboseam pe rand si celalalt reusea sa sustina relatia, dar pentru ca am obosit amandoi, in acelasi timp, asta a fost calea de rezolvare pe care eu am gasit-o. O colega si prietena , pe psihoterapie experentiala, spunea: decizia de a divorta o ia cel care are mai multa forta, nu stiu daca e asa. In forma mea de terapie, cognitiv -comportamentala, mergem pe ideea &#8220;salvam individul, pentru ca el poate forma in viitor un alt cuplu, care poate functiona mult mai bine&#8221;.
